June 1, 2007 Payment # 2 $300
August 1, 2007 Payment # 3 $300
October 1, 2007 Payment # 4 $300
December 1, 2007 Payment # 5 $300
February 1, 2008 Payment # 6 $300
April, 1, 2008 Payment # 7 $300
June 1, 2008 Payment # 8 $300
August 1, 2008 Payment # 9 $300

REFUND SCHEDULE
Down Payment Non-Refundable
By October 1st Up to $600 possible
By February 1st, 2008 Up to $1,000 possible
By June 1st, 2008 Up to $1,400 possible
After March 15th , 2008 payment Directors Discretion
The $300 non-refundable deposit will be invested immediately upon receipt for those students selected. Students not selected will receive full refund of the deposit. For those selected, uniforms, camp deposits, airline deposits and land transportation and hotel deposits will be made immediately
Each of the above listed refunds are listed as possible....not guaranteed! Every effort will be made to refund as much as possible depending on the amount that has already been invested. Each refund will be handled on an individual basis. (This is especially the case after September 1st, 2008.)

PLEASE KEEP THIS PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR YOUR RECORDS.
ALL PAYMENTS NEED TO BE RECEIVED BY THE DESIGNATED DATE OR ARRANGEMENTS MADE WITH MR. OR MRS. BELLIS. FAILURE TO KEEP THIS TIME LINE MAY BE CAUSE FOR FORFEITURE OF ALL FUNDS (WITHOUT REFUND).The fees paid by each member of the WHSASMB will cover the following items:

-Uniform Hat, Scarf, Top, Pants, & Shoes
-Training Camp (NWC / Powell) room and board at
the college for the duration of the camp.

-Air fare from a regional airport
(To be determined by air availability)

-All ground transportation while in Hawaii.
-First Class hotel accommodations.

-Breakfast daily & Most Dinners Daily (while in
Hawaii)

-Admissions to all attractions while in Hawaii. (See inclusions page included with application letter for all details.)
